Ordering Direct:

Payment via PayPal:

• Click the "Add To Cart" button next to any product or products that you wish to order, and follow the directions to Checkout.
  
• You do not have to be PayPal member to utilize our Checkout System.

Payment via Check or Money Order:

• Print and fill-out our Order Form.

Shipping Information:

• Continental USA customers: Free Ground Shipping is included in the price.  If you want us to ship via USPS Priority Mail, please add $4.50 per order (limit 5 items per shipment).
• All other customers:  Worldwide shipping charge is $5.00 per order (limit 5 items per shipment).  CLICK HERE to add the $5.00 Worldwide Shipping Charge to your Shopping Cart.

Sales Tax:

• Ohio residents, please add 7.5% Ohio sales tax.
